xp786game Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xp786game ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the xp786game platform at xp786game.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

We know that nobody enjoys reading legal documents. The reality is that most Terms and Conditions pages are written by lawyers for other lawyers. At xp786game we've tried to write these in a way that a Pakistani player sitting on their phone can actually follow. Where legal language is unavoidable, we've added plain-language explanations alongside it.

If at any point something in these Terms is unclear, please contact the xp786game support team at support@xp786game.ws before continuing to use the platform. We would rather explain something thoroughly than have a player operate under a misunderstanding.

Section 01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing xp786game and using any part of the platform — including browsing the site, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets or participating in promotions — you enter into a binding agreement with xp786game and accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use xp786game services. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 02Eligibility

To register and use xp786game you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xp786game does not permit access to players under 18 under any circumstances. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process and xp786game reserves the right to suspend any account where age cannot be confirmed.
• You must be acting as an individual and on your own behalf — not as an agent, employee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme at the time of registering an account with xp786game.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have had a previous xp786game account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

xp786game reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

Section 03Account Registration & KYC

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on xp786game. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real full name, date of birth, valid contact number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. xp786game is not responsible for any issues — including delayed withdrawals — arising from inaccurate account information.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: Before xp786game processes any withdrawal request, you will be required to complete identity verification. This involves providing:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of your registered payment method (screenshot of your Easypaisa/JazzCash account showing your name and number)
• In some cases, a selfie holding your ID document may be requested

KYC verification is a one-time process. Once complete, it does not need to be repeated unless xp786game has reason to re-verify due to suspicious activity or a significant change in account behaviour. Documents submitted are processed securely in accordance with the xp786game Privacy Policy.

Section 04Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All transactions on xp786game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xp786game does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals are only processed to the payment method(s) used for deposits, or to a verified method registered to the same account holder. xp786game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 1,000,000 (higher amounts require prior written approval)
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash for verified accounts
• xp786game reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request it deems unusual
• Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus is active may be subject to wagering requirement completion before processing

Section 05Betting Rules & Game Rules

All bets placed on xp786game are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in which they are placed. Game-specific rules are available within each game or betting section of the xp786game platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once xp786game has accepted it and generated a bet reference number. A bet that fails to generate a reference has not been accepted and no funds will be deducted.
• System errors: In the event of a technical error during a game or betting round, xp786game reserves the right to void the round and refund all bets placed. This applies to live games, crash games, and sports betting markets equally.
• Obvious errors: If odds or game parameters are published incorrectly due to a technical error, xp786game reserves the right to void bets placed on those erroneous values. We will communicate any such voids promptly via your registered email.
• In-play betting: For live cricket and football betting, xp786game uses real-time data feeds to determine outcomes. Delays in broadcast vs. actual play are the player's responsibility — in-play bet acceptance is based on xp786game's live data, not broadcast timing.
• Abandoned matches: In the event a cricket or football match is abandoned before completion, settlement rules for each market are published in the relevant betting section. Generally, markets are voided and bets refunded unless the market has already been settled before the abandonment.
• Maximum payout: The maximum payout from a single bet or combination of bets from a single event is Rs 5,000,000 unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific promotion or agreement.

Section 06Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

xp786game regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each offer has its own specific terms which are communicated clearly at the time of the offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all xp786game promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be played through before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g. 10×, 15×, 20×) is stated in each offer. Wagering is calculated on real money bets only unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited. The standard bonus validity period is 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Crash games and sports betting typically contribute 100%. Some table games may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution schedule is available in each offer's specific terms.
• Maximum bet with bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum bet permitted per round or event is Rs 2,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on a xp786game account at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the newer bonus not being applied.
• Bonus abuse: xp786game monitors bonus usage across accounts. Any strategy or behaviour determined by xp786game to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, coordinated wagering with other accounts, or repeated pattern betting — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

Section 07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xp786game. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on xp786game, or operating an account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human users
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any betting strategy based on non-public information
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the xp786game platform
• Using xp786game for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity
• Abusing the bonus system in a manner intended to extract bonus funds without genuine play
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xp786game staff, live dealers, or other players

Section 08Intellectual Property

All content on the xp786game platform — including but not limited to the xp786game brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, images, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of xp786game or its licensed content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any xp786game content without our express written permission.

Section 09Limitation of Liability

xp786game provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors. xp786game shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profit, revenue, or winnings resulting from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party technical failures
• Bets not placed or cash-outs not executed due to network interruptions outside xp786game's direct control
• Losses resulting from a player's voluntary use of the platform, including losses sustained from any betting or gaming activity
• Unauthorised access to your xp786game account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials

In all cases, xp786game's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's xp786game account at the time of the incident.

Section 10Responsible Gaming

xp786game is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be an entertaining activity — not a financial strategy, not a way to relieve stress, and not something that impacts your relationships, work, or mental wellbeing negatively.

All xp786game players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at any time by contacting support or via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account. Once set, a limit can be lowered immediately but increases take 7 days to process — to give you time to reconsider.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to remind you how long you've been playing in a session.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you're willing to lose in any defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without full account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from xp786game. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible during the exclusion period.

xp786game does not sell player data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.

Section 12Amendments to Terms

Continued use of the xp786game platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
